Homicide detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office have identified 36-year-old Angel Edward Gaytan as the man responsible for committing a recent murder. According to the authorities, Gaytan is believed to be transient and frequents the area of McKinley Avenue and Chestnut Avenue in Fresno.
The victim, 37-year-old Dominic Greco of Clovis, was found deceased on February 18th near Chestnut and Harvard Avenues in Fresno. Fresno County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Greco's injuries indicated foul play, leading to the investigation being classified as a homicide.
Detective Rudy Tafoya urged the public to come forward with any information on Angel Gaytan's whereabouts. It was emphasized that individuals providing tips will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward. Reference case number 24-1990.
Authorities have also issued a warning to the public regarding Angel Gaytan, advising against approaching him as he is considered armed and dangerous. Instead, individuals who spot him are urged to contact law enforcement immediately.
