Fresno County issued the following announcement on Dec 7.
Effective Monday, December 7, 2020, due to the current State-mandated Stay-At-Home Order, the County of Fresno Department of Public Works and Planning will be temporarily closing the campgrounds at Lost Lake and Choinumni Parks until further notice. The day use portions of each park will remain open to the public during this time. Park operating hours are Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
