The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Elizabeth Heng, Elizabeth Heng for Senate, refunded $1,000 to John Arcure on July 4, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Earmarked contributions to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Elizabeth Heng for Senate has refunded $24,300 total since Feb. 1.
