The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Phil Arballo, Arballo for Congress, refunded $100 to Donna Weinholtz on Sept. 5, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Arballo for Congress has refunded $17,200 total since April 1.
