On November 22, Rep. Costa introduced the Vote by Mail Tracking Act aimed at improving mail voting in the United States. He stated that this legislation would allow voters to track their ballots, enhancing transparency and confidence in elections. He emphasized that such measures ensure every vote counts and voices are heard.
