Property crimes detectives have apprehended two individuals in connection with a robbery at Adams Market. Daniel Manzo, 20, and Jose Munoz Trujillo, 37, both from Fresno, were taken into custody and booked into the Fresno County Jail.

Manzo faces multiple charges including robbery, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of stolen property, conspiracy to commit robbery, and probation violation. He is held without bail due to a probation violation hold despite having a bail amount set at $127,500. Munoz Trujillo is charged with robbery, possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession of stolen property. He also had an outstanding warrant for impersonating to obtain money. His bail is set at $400,000.

The incident occurred on October 8th around 9:00 pm when two men arrived at Adams Market located at 7013 S Cedar Ave., on a motorcycle. They entered the store dressed in black; one wore a motorcycle helmet while the other donned an Ushanka style winter hat. The man wearing the fur hat brandished a handgun with an extended magazine and demanded money from the clerk. After seizing cash and two bottles of liquor, they fled on the motorcycle.

Detectives received information implicating Manzo and Munoz Trujillo as suspects in this crime. On October 18th, members from various units within the Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 1363 N. Hughes Ave., in Fresno where they found evidence linking both men to the robbery. Manzo was arrested at this location while Munoz Trujillo was later apprehended in Exeter.

Authorities continue to seek additional information regarding this case and encourage anyone with details about these suspects to contact the Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers anonymously for potential cash rewards.
