San Joaquin College Of Law issued the following announcement on Dec 3.

Goyette & Associates is a labor and employment law firm based in Sacramento, with satellite offices throughout Central and Northern California. We are seeking a self-starter, organized, and charismatic attorney with at least 1 year of experience and/or interest in labor and employment law. Experience with public sector labor organizations is ideal. Position would be based in our Fresno office and responsibilities would include working with several large employee association clients, representing those associations in matters against their employers, representing individual clients in public sector disciplinary matters, all while working closely with experienced labor representatives and other labor attorneys in the firm.

Firm also handles licensing defense, criminal defense, civil litigation, estate planning and business law.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and ability to bring in new clients. Full benefits, including medical, vision and dental, and 401(k).
