Notice of Fresno County CAL-ID RAN Policy Board Meeting on May 3, 2024

The Fresno County CAL-ID RAN Policy Board has announced a public meeting scheduled for May 3, 2024, at 10:00 am. The meeting will take place at the Fresno County Sheriff's Office Civil Unit Training Room located at 770 E. Shaw Ave., 3rd floor, Fresno, CA 93710.

The objective of the meeting is for the RAN board to determine the placement of RAN equipment within the county, coordinate the acceptance, delivery, and installation of the equipment, as well as develop procedures for the ongoing use and maintenance of the equipment in accordance with departmental guidelines.

For those who wish to join the meeting remotely, a Microsoft account is required to log in to Microsoft Teams using the provided link. Members of the public can also submit comments either in person at the meeting or via email to the specified email address.

The agenda for the meeting includes various items such as the approval of prior minutes, financial reports, updates from the Technical Advisory Committee, presentation of the fiscal year 2023 financials, and public comments.

The meeting will be presided over by Sheriff John Zanoni, who will also call for the determination of a quorum and adjourn the session. Additionally, Treasurer Jose Palegio will present the financial report and discuss the budget for 2025. Teresa Burgamy will provide updates on the LiveScan Usage Report, BlueCheck refresh, and a request to purchase 25 Mobile IDs for deployment.

Brian Henderson from Henderson CPAs will present the fiscal year 2023 financials during the session.

Future meetings for 2024 are scheduled for August 2 and November 1.
