The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Jim Costa, Jim Costa for Congress, refunded $4,800 to Donald Peracchi on June 20, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Jim Costa for Congress refunded $10,400 total since January 1.
