On Wednesday, March 5, former Roosevelt High School standout Hunter Holmes’ current college team, the Wichita State Shockers, won 11-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Abilene Christian Wildcats.
The game took place at Globe Life Field. This was their first matchup against the Wildcats this season.
The Shockers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 3 p.m. at Eck Stadium against Missouri State Bears.
