That’s why water remains one of my top priorities in Congress. I was glad to join Asterra at today’s U.S. Water Week press conference to highlight the critical role reliable”.
Later that day at 02:00 UTC, Costa encouraged student participation in an art competition: “Attention CA-21 high school artists: this Friday is the FINAL day to submit your artwork for the 2026 Congressional Art Competition! Team Costa and I are excited to see the incredible submissions from our talented young artists across the district.”
In another post on April 16 at 22:34 UTC, Costa criticized certain business practices with strong language: “This isn’t market innovation. This is profiting from tradegy, and it’s plain wrong.”

Born in Fresno in 1952 and currently residing there, he earned his BA from California State University, Fresno in 1974.
