On Thursday, March 27, former Central East High School standout Kamielle Powell’s current college team, the Academy of Art Urban Knights, won 7-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks.

The game took place at Mission Blue Field. This was their first matchup against the Nighthawks this season.

The Urban Knights’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 27 at 3 p.m. at Mission Blue Field against Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks.
