On Saturday, March 29, three former San Joaquin Memorial High School standouts, including Brett Carrel, Jordan Smith and Luke Carr’s current college team, the Fresno Pacific Sunbirds, lost 10-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Point Loma Sea Lions.

The game took place at Carroll B. Land Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Sea Lions this season.

The Sunbirds’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 2 p.m. at Golden Eagles Field against Concordia Irvine Golden Eagles.
