On Friday, March 14, former Central East High School standout Kamielle Powell’s current college team, the Academy of Art Urban Knights, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Hawaii–Hilo Vulcans.

The game took place at Mission Blue Field. This was their first matchup against the Vulcans this season.

The Urban Knights’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 2 p.m. at Mission Blue Field against Hawaii–Hilo Vulcans.
