Known for his dedication toward healthcare issues, Representative Costa invited his constituents to engage in this conversation aimed at discussing efforts to protect Medicaid, a program he considers vital.

On April 8, 2025, Jim Costa announced, “We’re just 1 day away from my Medicaid Telephone Town Hall! Join the conversation to ask your questions and hear about my efforts to protect this vital program.” He encouraged participants to join by dialing in or watching the live stream.

Later the same day, he reiterated the invitation, stating, “ Happening TODAY! Join me for a Medicaid Telephone Townhall at 2:00 PM (PT).

As the event approached, Costa emphasized, “ Just a few minutes to go until my Medicaid Telephone Town Hall!” He urged participants to join by phone or online and expressed eagerness to engage with the community.
