On March 10, 2025, Rep. Costa celebrated the contributions of the Reyes family to education. “Since 2016, the Reyes family has provided scholarships to support low-income & first-generation graduates of Roosevelt HS in Fresno.” He expressed his honor at celebrating their impact over the weekend and congratulated Ana Celia de Alba and Lupita Lomeli on receiving the 2025 Legacy Family Award.
