On Friday, March 28, former Bullard High School standout James Appleford’s current college team, the UC Riverside Highlanders, lost 20-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UC Irvine Anteaters.

The game took place at Cicerone Field at Anteater Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Anteaters this season.

The Highlanders’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at Cicerone Field at Anteater Ballpark against UC Irvine Anteaters.
