On Sunday, March 9, former Roosevelt High School standout Hunter Holmes’ current college team, the Wichita State Shockers, won 9-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Missouri State Bears.

The game took place at Eck Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Bears this season.

The Shockers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 6:05 p.m. at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park against Nebraska Cornhuskers.
