Fresno County CAL-ID RAN Policy Board meeting scheduled for May 2, 2025

There will be a public meeting of the Fresno County CAL-ID Remote Access Network (RAN) Policy Board on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 10:00 am. The meeting can be attended in person at the Civil Office located at 770 E. Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA 93710, or online through Microsoft Teams. Those attending online require a Microsoft account for access.

The meeting will include several agenda items. Sheriff John Zanoni will call the meeting to order and determine if a quorum is present. The minutes from the previous meeting held on February 7, 2025, will be addressed. The Technical Advisory Committee, represented by Mark Hegreberg, will present reports on LiveScan and BlueCheck usage for the first quarter of 2025.

Jose Palegio will provide a financial report including the treasurer’s report as of March 31, 2025, and the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2025-26. New business will include a presentation of the Fiscal Year 2024 financials by Henderson CPAs, led by Brian Henderson.

Sheriff John Zanoni will also handle adjournment. The meeting is an opportunity for the public to submit comments, which can be done in person or via email to an address protected from spambots. The board will oversee the placement and maintenance of RAN equipment within the county, coordinating with relevant departments.

Future meetings are scheduled for August 1 and November 7, 2025.
