The Food and Drug Administration inspected Fresh Idea, LLC in Fresno on Feb. 25 to review foodborne biological hazards, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.

Findings from the final report indicated Fresh Idea, LLC was not required to make any changes to its operational management.

The FDA conducts regular inspections of facilities nationwide to ensure products and workplaces adhere to FDA laws and regulations designed to protect public health. Results of these inspections are made publicly available.

According to its website, the FDA is a federal agency tasked primarily with overseeing the safety and quality of human and animal drugs, biological products, medical supplies and tobacco products.
