On Tuesday, March 18, former Central High School standout Ryan Spalliero’s current college team, the California Golden Bears, won 13-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Saint Mary’s Gaels.

The game took place at Louis Guisto Field. This was their first matchup against the Gaels this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 6 p.m. at Klein Field at Sunken Diamond against Stanford Cardinals.
