On Thursday, May 8, former Clovis West High School standout Amelia Morales’ current collegiate team the Cal State East Bay Pioneers won 3-0 against the Sonoma State Seawolves in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Pioneer Softball Field at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Sonoma State Seawolves in the tournament.

The Cal State East Bay Pioneers’ next game will take place on Friday, May 9 at 10 a.m. at Pioneer Softball Field.
